Job description:
- administration of systems and applications
- assist to customers with configuration of service application
- manage onboarding of customers into application
- support migration
- user management
- troubleshooting and solving incidents
- IT devices management
- communication and coordination
- reporting

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station

Salary: 180 CZK/hour

- High school/University education - student of IT field
- IT background is must
- excellent English (both verbal and written) and good communication skills
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel - pivot tables, lookup, if formulas etc.
- knowledge of SQL, Operating systems and scripting (bash, powershell) is advantage
- strong problem-solving skills
- team player
