Náplň práce

Are you an university student looking for a great job opportunity to start your career? Do you like communication with people and have a good MS Office knowledge? If you have advanced English and you able to work at least 20 hours/week, we are looking for your CV!

Job description:
- Interacting with many different departments/stakeholders
- Communication with vendors/suppliers
- Support in preparing Service Level Agreements – contracts for quality of service
- Coordination/communication amongst Service Delivery Managers
- Work with internal database
- Update of request, checking deadlines
- Reporting in MS Excel


Start: ASAP

Working hours: at least 20 hours/week, longterm cooperation.

Salary: 150-160 CZK/hour

Location: Prague 4 (near metro station Chodov)

Koho hledáme

- University student in Economics/IT ideally
- Advanced English (daily communication with foreigners - oral, telephonic, written)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions, VLOOKUP, IF, PivotTables etc.) and Power Point
- Analytical thinking
- Accuracy, orientation to detail, ability to work responsibly with numbers
- Willing to learn
- Ability to communicate with high-ranking employees of the company
- Flexibility
