Work for an international IT company as a Customer Services Specialist support and provide technical assistance with exams.

Start: January 2023
Contract: part-time
Training: 4 weeks in Brno

We are looking for FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKERS AND WRITERS with excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. If you speak another language besides English, we're looking for exactly you!

On this position you will:
* Validate the identity of candidates
* Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
* Ensure the timely start and completion of each individual exam session
* Monitor candidates with vigilance, and intervene in the event of protocol variances
* Provide technical assistance to exam participants
* Follow communication of procedures, guidelines, and policies

The position also offers the option to work from home, with flexible hours.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language is a plus
* Previous customer-facing experience in a support role - advantage
* Effectively manage multiple simultaneous certification exams
* Fast typing skills with high accuracy
* Advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
* Responsible individual with attention to detals with an ablility to multi-task and manage time efectively
* Ability to work in shifts outside normal business hours
* Attend the training center in Brno for the first 4 weeks
