We are seeking a new addition to join a German-speaking team of assistance coordinators!

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Handling incoming calls from travelers seeking assistance or medical attention
- Close cooperation with medical advisors all around the world
- Answering queries based on company guidelines

Location: Prague - Karlín
Salary: 27 - 36 000 CZK/month

What you already have:
- Command of German (C1+)
- Command of English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Time flexibility (working in shifts)
