Your main duties will be:

- Analysing investments and cash flow, establishing best practices
- Investments acquisition and disposal in CEE (Central and Eastern Europe)
- Deal team management - legal, technical, tax throughout CEE
- Hands on Asset Management, strategy development
- Investors, bond holders and founder relationship management (domestic and international)
- Bond placement and mezzanine financing
- Fund administration
- Meeting management of Investment Comittee and Board of Directors

Location: Prague 1
Starting date: Immediately

Requirements :
- Proven track record and experience in Bank Finacing, Investment Fund Investment Banking or Investment Agency
- Excellent Czech or Slovak language (spoken and written)
- Fluent English language (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Can-do attitude, open minded, problem solving mindset
